Tencent and Alibaba, despite of being widely regarded as the world’s largest and most outstanding internet companies, were both missing from a list of China’s top 500 private enterprises, released on Wednesday by the country’s government branches.

Same as last year, Guangdong-based tech giant Huawei has been crowned the top private company with a revenue of 603.62 billion yuan ($88.57 billion) in 2017, according the list, co-released by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the provincial government of Liaoning province.

JD Group, based in Beijing, took the fourth place to be the highest ranking internet company.

This year’s list has “changed greatly” compared to last year, as it includes 104 newcomers, according to China Daily.

To be included in the list this year, a company’s revenue last year had to reach the threshold of 15.68 billion yuan. Total revenue of the top 500 private enterprises stood at 24.48 trillion yuan last year, with an average of 48.96 billion yuan for each.

Troubled HNA Group, which has been selling assets overseas, fell out of this year’s table, from the fourth place last year. HNA, based in Haikou of China’s southernmost islandic Hainan province, ranked the 170th in last year’s Fortune Global 500 top enterprises list.

In addition, 17 of the top 500 private enterprises are listed in the Fortune Global 500, one more than last year.
